More than 844.000 vinyl records have been purchased this year, beating the previous 829.243 units from 2013, and its expected to surpass one million by the end of 2014. This numbers advanced by the Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA),  are the highest since 1997. So far, Arctic Monkeys with their last record “AM” are the biggest sellers of the year.
